For some reason I thought that I had already posted this blog - but I have just found it at the bottom of my drafts oops. So he is my swatches and review on the Jeffree star velour liquid lipstick aha.

I have seen the Jeffree star velour liquid lipsticks everywhere now, no matter what I am on whether that is Instagram, bloglovin or twitter I keep seeing it, so I thought I would bite the bullet and buy one, the most popular I have heard people rave about is the shade celebrity skin which is a beautiful nude shade, so that is the one that I picked up. I managed to order mine from cocktail cosmetics which is based in Birmingham and is a great makeup store that has many different makeup brands from the usa, which is great as it saves on postage and customs - which I hate with a passion!

I have had this palette in my collection for a long time - well since around September last year, but for some reason I hadn't reach for it, so when I rediscovered it after cleaning out my makeup collection I decided to give it ago...and omg! I feel that as a beauty blogger it is important to share products that I love but also products that I don't like and felt were a waste of money whether they are high or low end products, I am aware that this is a little bit negative, but I think that it also has it positives so you know what to not splash your money on, however bear in mind that some products that may not work for me, may work for you fine, depending on personal preference, skin type and skin tone, therefore these are my disappointing products.

I am maybe a bit late on this makeup product as I have heard so many people rave about this mascara, but I have had so many mascaras open recently that I haven't had chance to try anything new, also I am normally the sort of girl that sticks to the same makeup products if I fall in love with them which is what happened with the benefit roller lash, until it ran out recently - I thought it would be the perfect opportunity to pick up the maybelline lash sensational mascara from my local boots, as I have heard so many people comparing it to benefits roller lash, so if you are interested in my review of this mascara carry on reading.

My 2016 Goals | New Years Resolutions

I am the kinda girl that likes setting goals and having something to work towards or achieve but last year I didn't set any goals or "new years resolution" and felt as though I wasn't being productive or achieving anything in life which starts to make me feel negative, therefore I thought that I would set some goals to achieve this year so that I have got something to work towards and feel proud of accomplishing something- if that makes sense aha!

About the blog...
1. Put More Effort Into My Blog - I feel that I really neglected my blog last year and kind of gave up with it in a way, but I came to realise that my blog is something that I am really proud of - its something to call my own, its something that I enjoy doing and if I was to put more effort into posting on a regular basis I know this blog could be considerably better.

2. Improve My Photography Skills - I know that my photography skills are not brilliant and I normally take hours trying to get the right picture for my blog or Instagram and find that the picture quality is still rubbish, therefore I am looking to invest in a better quality camera and the ditch the Iphone camera for good so that my picture quality improves.

3. To Post More Often On My Social Media - After scrolling through my social media I have found that I don't post often enough, so I am going to make the effort to post more on my social media.

3. Breaking Bad Makeup Habits - If you have already read my bad makeup habits post then you would know that there are some beauty habits that I do that I would like to break for 2016,

4. Buying a house - If you have been reading my blog from the beginning then you would know that I was "suppose" to be on a spending ban as I was saving up a deposit to buy my first home - so hopefully 2016 is the year that I buy my first home eeek!

5.Getting Healthy - After giving birth to my second child who is due in march, I am hoping to get healthy and lose the weight, I aiming to lose around 4 stone which does sound like a lot but I believe it is achievable. I think that by achieving this goal it will not only improve my confidence but will just make me more of a happy and positive person.

6. Start University - last year I applied for university and fortunately was offered a place on a nursing course,  but after finding out that I was pregnant with me second child I had to move my place to September 2016, so my goal is still to go to university this year.

I am looking forward to what 2016 will bring and hopefully I reach some or even all of the goals I have set and I hope the same for all of you!

I would like to start off by saying thank you to all of you who have stuck by me this year and who follow me on social media I can't believe how fast 2015 has came and gone, I have had both challenging and positive things, one of them being my blog growing as much as it has, getting accepted into university on a nursing degree, and finding out I was pregnant with my little princess, but this year I am hoping to do more regular blog posts and try to improve my blog even further.

After looking through my beauty posts of 2015, I thought that I would share with you all my most used beauty products of this year. There have been so many great new makeup brands that I became obsessed with last year (that sounds so weird now saying last year) so I have a feeling this is going to be a long post so I would get a drink, some food and get yourself comfy...I will stop rambling now and get into this post.

12 Things to do on a sunday

I am aware of how boring Sundays can be as you feel that there is never anything to do and it always seems to feel like the day drags on, but hey maybe that is a good thing because who wants the dreaded Monday to come. Therefore I have composed a list of things I have started to do on Sundays to keep myself occupied and busy.

1. Spend a few hours doing my blogs (of course this would be the first thing I do as it is something I enjoy doing and it can me very time consuming).

2. online shopping (who doesn't need to get their Christmas shopping sorted)

3. cleaning up  and doing washing

4. experiment with new makeup and writing down notes for makeup reviews

5. watch Netflix as I seriously need to catch up on walking dead and orange is the new black

6. Baking with my son

7. Spending some time looking through social media site (don't forget to follow me on bloglovin and social media sites links in the side tab).

8. Taking pictures and listing my unwanted makeup and clothing items on selling sites such as ebay and depop.

9. work out or exercise I love doing insanity or fitness blender on youtube (However doing it once a week doesn't really  makes a difference lol).

10. reading books, magazines and blogs

11. Visiting family and friends

12. Cleaning out my makeup collection and throwing things out that have expired or that you don't use anymore.

hello everyone and welcome back to my blog I would like to start off by saying that I am sorry for the lack of posts on my blog lately, but I am now back and posting on a regular basis again.
